About us

Forests, Elephants and People is the main project of the Wild Land - Wild Spirit Foundation. This is a non-profit recognized trust foundation and works on the topics of wildlife and species protection, indigenous peoples, implementation of nature protection with local communities, promotion of globally sustainable change processes. One focus is on global forest issues.

We rely heavily on people in our work. Both in the project regions where we prefer nature conservation and others. Support projects of the local, often indigenous, population as well as in Germany, where we present our work in the project countries via events and educational offers and offer opportunities to actively participate in the projects and funding.
